- Two (2) valid IDs (such as SSS, Voter’s ID, Postal ID, Passport, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, or UMID)
- A fully accomplished Application Form
- A filled-out Market Study and Site Analysis Form (including actual photos and measurements of the proposed area)
- Draft Lease Offer or Contract from the lessor (if renting space)
Step 2: Let’s Meet!
Once we receive your application, we’ll schedule an Initial Interview to learn more about your plans and goals.
Step 3: Site Inspection (2–3 Weeks)

Step 4: Grant Meeting
This is the exciting part! If your site is approved, we’ll invite you to the Grant Meeting, where we’ll officially award your location.
Step 5: Contract Signing and Payment
Seal the deal! Finalize the agreement and complete the necessary payments.
Step 6: Store Construction or Preparation
Get ready to build your dream Potato Corner store or prepare your space for the big launch!
Step 7: Grand Opening Day!
